The precinct is serviced by exceptional public transport and is on the My City bus routes. Prospective tenants are required to attend 3 workshops before they can occupy their unit. The information workshop deals with all information relating to the project and social housing in general. The second workshop deals with the lease agreement and house rules, and the roles and responsibilities of the landlord and tenant are explained and questions are answered. When a tenant is approved, they need to sign a lease agreement and then attend the intake workshop to snag and familiarize them with the unit.
