Madulammoho’s application for Restructuring Capital Grant (RCG) funding from Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA) for 140 one bedroom units and 160 two bedroom units in Jabulani Views which is now operational. Jabulani Views is conveniently located next to the main BRT route. Jabulani Views and Fleurhof Views share a similar design and management approach. The Jabulani project was our second new build project and second on the West Rand.
