Prioritize Your Rent Campaign

The Prioritize Your Rent Campaign initiative strives to encourage our tenants to pay rent on time and in full. By hosting educational workshops at our projects, our tenants are receiving money management training. They are learning valuable skills such as how to draw up budget so that they prioritize for essentials (i.e. rent payment). Our first workshop was held at Cornelius House on the 28th of August 2011 and the winner of Pick ‘n Pay – R350 voucher was from unit 206. The second workshop was held at Europa House.

Newsletter

Our quarterly newsletter The Madulammoho Pulse has been issued for the second time in this quarter. The newsletter features current news about our organization, housing projects and community at large. The Madulammoho Pulse strives to be the heartbeat of our community- a vehicle for our tenants to be heard and a place where they can share their stories.
