The Orange Cruyff Court

The pitch has become resourceful in the areas of sporting activities such as soccer. Children from various projects, as well as neighboring communities, are receiving training and life skills through a world renowned Coach. Outlined below is a list of daily sporting activities occurring at B.G Alexander project and the pitch:

• Soccer Activities (Over 80 kids from all MHA project including neighboring communities)
• Soccer Fridays
• September holiday program

Madulammoho kicks off this holiday season by organizing a two day five-a-side soccer tournament in the heart of Hillbrow on the 15th and 16th of December 2011. The event connects the community with some of Madulammoho’s core values- encouraging tenant participation in healthy, active living while creating a vibrant and dynamic community.

This tournament aims to spread awareness about the Hillbrow Orange Cruyff Court’s existence and benefits to the community at large, while bringing everyone together to celebrate the facilities successes over the past 15 months.

Cleaner of the Month

The Cleaner of the Month initiative is targeted at our cleaners and its purpose is to motivate and to acknowledge good and dedicated work. Client Services Department is constantly embarking on strategies to improve our service to the tenants. The state of cleanliness in the building is greatly affected by the morale of the staff doing it. We have therefore thought that an acknowledgment of some sort will boost their morale and at the same time encourage the sluggish one to attain to the required standards.
