SUB COMMITTEE STRUCTURE

Since all board members of the section 21 company are not remunerated for their efforts it is impossible to establish too many subcommittees because of time restraints of board members.

Therefore a chairman’s committee is formed which consists of the chairman, vice chairman, CEO and financial officer. This subcommittee will have the roles of the following committees:

Human resource committee

Project finance committee

Project development and construction committee
