Renier Erasmus, Chief Executive Officer
Renier Erasmus is the Chief Executive Officer of Madulammoho, as well as the General Secretary of the National Association of Social Housing Organisations and the acting Chair of the eKhaya Neighbourhood City Improvement District. With a background in Business Management, Renier is the former Operations Manager of MES and has been working in social housing since 1999.

Chris Lund is Madulammoho's Chief Financial Officer. With a background in Finance and Community Development, Chris has been a part of the Madulammoho team for the past five years. His interest in housing and social justice dates back to his time as the Chief Executive of the Johannesburg Trust for the Homeless. Born and raised in KwaZulu Natal, Chris is married with three children.

Ntsoaki is Madulammoho's Client Services Manager. With a background in Information and Network Technologies, Ntsoaki has been with the company since 2007, and was originally hired as our Chief Executive's Personal Assistant. She was quickly plucked from this position, however, after demonstrating a special aptitude for client services. Ntsoaki is deeply committed to Madulammoho's tenants and feels a special connection to Hillbrow, where she currently resides with two of her three children.

Neil Erasmus is Madulammoho's Asset Manager. With a background in Civil Engineering, Neil oversees all aspects of property maintenance, access control, security equipment and monitoring. Before joining Madulammoho in 2008, Neil spent eight years working in California, where he was the General Manager of Royal Gorge, North America's largest cross country ski resort. Neil is married with two children.
President Jacob Zuma is expected to focus mainly on economic issues during his annual state-of-the-nation address at the opening of Parliament on Thursday evening.
