Tenants

• The core value of Madulamoho that underpins all of its activities and management styles is that housing is all about the people who stay in our projects. Imbedded in the understanding of transitional, communal and social housing is the fact that tenants must have the opportunity for self development, training and ownership of the environment they live in.

   

  In every project a tenants committee is formed to help with tenant grievances and the management of property maintenance. In high rise buildings different floors will compete for the cleanest and most maintenance free floor with incentives to encourage them.

   

  The unique SLA with MES ensures ample opportunities for training, development and the education of the children of tenants
