Projects In Construction - El Kero House

The EL KERO building is situated on Erf no. 2642/2 on Pieterse Street just next to The New Europa House also managed by Madulamoho.

Madulamoho is converting the existing 7 floors (125 rooms) into 141 communal housing units and 31 bachelor units. Communal ablutions is provided on each floor and a communal kitchen on the each floor. El Kero house will be operational in August 2007.

This project also forms part op the Ekhaya Neighborhood precinct of which Madulamoho is a member.
