Projects In Construction - BG Alexander

Madulamoho has gone into a Joint Venture with Johannesburg Social Housing Company (JOSHCO) for the renovation and management of the BG Alexander building in Smit street Johannesburg.

The BG ALEXANDER building is situated on the corner of Smit and Claim street opposite to The New Europa House also managed by Madulamoho.

The property consist of 14 blocks and will be converted to :

  • 376 communal housing rooms
  • 6 bachelor units
  • 15 one bed apartments
  • 12 two bed apartments
  • 81 emergency housing beds

Phase I of the project will be complete in September 2007 and will consist of 228 communal housing units.
